CLERE AG divests a 38 MWp solar portfolio in Italy

CLERE AG, a European mid-market IPP, announces the sale of a 38 MWp Italian Solar PV portfolio to Tages Capital SGR. The operating assets are incentivized by the Italian regulatory tariff scheme Conto Energia.
CLERE AG was supported on the sell-side by the Madrid office of Finergreen, a leading M&A boutique dedicated to energy transition and sustainable development. CLERE AG was also assisted by the Dentons Europe Studio Legale Tributario, by KIWA Moroni for the technical advice and by PwC for the financial and tax advice.
