Balda AG: Closure of bank agreements on new financial structure in
September
Bad Oeynhausen – Against its previous plans, the final discussions of Balda
AG with the banks about the realignment of the financial structure does not
take place at the end of August, but will be expected in the course of
September 2008. The banks have extended the standstill agreement with Balda
accordingly.
Reason for the deferment is the aspired involvement of the financing in the
running restructuring process. Beside the sale of non operating assets and
the as discontinued operation qualified subsidiary Balda Medical, it also
contains the financing and reorganisation of the existing Joint Ventures
and foreign investments.
