Balda receives some 68 million euro from capital increase
– Maximum number of new shares issued, share capital increases by
6,769,584 new shares
– All new shares have been subscribed for or placed with investors at 10
euros per share
Bad Oeynhausen, December 19, 2007. Balda sees revenues totalling some 68
million euros (gross) from the capital increase concluded on November 29,
2007. All 6,769,584 new shares have been subscribed for or have been placed
at 10 euros per share following the end of the subscription period on
December 17, 2007. The XETRA closing price of the Balda shares on December
17, 2007 was 10.15 euros per share. With the capital increase Balda sets a
further cornerstone for continuing on its growth path.
The share capital of Balda AG increases with the transaction from
47,387,088 euros by 6,769,584 euros to 54,156,672 euros. In agreement with
the syndicate banks the commencement of the capital increase is expected to
be registered with the commercial register (Handelsregister) on December
20, 2007. The new shares are due to be included in the listing on December
21, 2007.
