Balda AG’s Board of Directors and Supervisory Board decided today to

relieve the Management of Balda C. Brewer, Inc. and Balda Precision, Inc.,

Charles Brewer III (CEO) and Michael Brewer (COO), of their duties and

responsibilities with immediate effect. Balda C. Brewer, Inc. and Balda

Precision, Inc. are wholly owned indirect subsidiaries of Balda AG, which

contribute significantly to the sales revenue of the Balda Group. The

management of Balda C. Brewer, Inc. and Balda Precision, Inc. will now be

provided on an interim basis by existing managers from the Balda Group.
