Balda AG strengthens finance management expertise

– Stefan Holtkamp appointed new Head of Controlling of Balda AG and CFO
of the Balda Medical Group
Bad Oeynhausen, 11 June 2013 – Balda AG today announced that it has
expanded its finance management expertise by appointing Mr. Stefan Holtkamp
(36) as its new Head of Controlling. In this function, he will directly
report to CEO Dominik Müser. Mr. Holtkamp will also serve as the Balda
Medical Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). His main task will be to
expand and optimize the company’s controlling and reporting processes as
part of Balda’s international course of growth. This will also include
financial management of Balda’s subsidiaries in Germany and abroad.
Mr. Stefan Holtkamp, who has a degree in business administration, was most
recently Head of Group Accounting & Controlling at technotrans AG, an
international systems supplier of liquid technology headquartered in
Sassenberg, Germany. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing and
executing all of the technotrans Group’s financial statements activities
and was in charge of strategic and operational controlling. In addition,
Mr. Holtkamp’s duties comprised a number of complex projects including the
Group’s M&A activities, adjusting its accounting policies in accordance
with international standards, and introducing software tools supporting
these processes.
